We require a deposit equal to 20% of your rental to make a reservation.  The remainder of the rental amount is due 30 days before your stay begins. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of your stay will result in a loss of your deposit only (20%).  No refunds can be made within 30 days of your stay unless your cabin is re-rented, at which time we will refund all but your deposit.  Please understand that because we are not a hotel chain and are located off of the main road, last minute rentals are rare.

We gladly accept Amercian Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  Of course, cash, checks, and money orders are accepted as well, but we do require a credit card at check in.  If you don't have a credit card, let us know and we'll try to work something out!
